The location is great; a 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn/trams and walking distance to the old town. The area around the hotel is high quality and quiet, with the English Garden, Residenz, Chancellery and Hofgarten in the immediate area. Our room was compact, but well designed and comfortable. We had breakfast every morning, which had a very good selection of cold items and some hot. Overall, a very enjoyable 6 nights stay and when we return to Munich we will definitely stay here again.

I liked the stay but I have one comment. I needed to print some documents and I came at 22 to the reception. Although the lady was nice and promised to print everything, I waited for almost 30 minutes to get it done, since she was continue taking new orders for drinks. Other guests even started telling her that she should help me first. Not sure why serving drinks was prioritized over my ask. I also pay for this printing service. I needed to wait almost 30 minutes downstairs for it.
