the receptionist working evening was great food in your restaurant was not ok and the breakfast was confusing....and the scrambled eggs was discusting. in our room some things were dusty in the bathroom the mirror smaller one was dusty a lot

We had an issue with bugs. A roach while we were having drinks at night and then bugs in our kids room. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would recommend to others.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, wir fanden aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich angemessen. Während des Frühstücks wurde auf der Terrasse mit lautem Gerät gearbeitet, das hätte man evtl. zwischen 8-10 Uhr im Sinne der Gäste reduzieren können.

Positiv: LAGE, SAUBERKEIT, interessantes Interieur/ Verbindung von klassisch u. modern NEGATIV: KEINE KLIMAANLAGE, im Sommer ein No Go. Unsere großen Koffer mussten wir ohne Personalhilfe vom Fahrstuhl aus noch mehrere Stufen runter tragen, um zum Zimmer zu kommen (Premium Taubertal, im Obergeschoss). Dem Anspruch Ihres Hauses nicht angemessen war der Wildwuchs auf der Terrasse, die völlig verdorrten Pflanzen in ALLEN Blumenkästen und die Mörteleimer an den Sonnenschirmen. Sowas geht gar nicht.

Very disappointing and stressful that the staff and reception did NOT warn us about the blocked roads to come to hotel and parking. This is a clearer miss in guests information, surprising considering the efforts made in online booking process! I SHOULD have been informed in advance AND when I called twice around 4pm , 3:45pm, nobody answered the phone at reception to help. Breakfast is good but at that 4 stars level, i expect local or german honey, not a cheap brand made from mix of China honey

Loved being in the heart of this scenic town. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
